Hot Water Temperature Maintenance
In modern buildings where no hot water return pipework is specified a self regulating hot water specific tape will be required to maintain the desired water temperature. This will ensure a constant, comfortable hot water supply and help prevent the pathogene of the Legionnaire's disease becoming active when heated water cools off in pipes.
